After more than ten years at companies like Google and YouTube, my favorite role remains being a mom to my daughter, Ivory. As a proud Latina and African American parent, my mission is to share the Spanish language through a love of books. Once Ivory started to combine letters to form syllable sounds, all the books I found in Spanish were either too simple or overly complex. So I created this collection to give her exactly what she needed to start reading Spanish stories independently. These books use simple phonetics, repetition, and playful word games to help your kids experience that same pride of reading all by themselves.
